Hydromounts are widely used as hydraulic cabin mounts in many sectors, such as agricultural and construction machinery. However, as the comfort requirements of end users continue to increase, the performance of standard hydromounts is no longer sufficient. For this reason, many manufacturers are turning to proven cab suspension solutions from the truck sector, such as very soft air springs or coil spring/shock absorber systems, although such soft suspension systems present many challenges. In addition to complex design modifications, additional components such as stabilizers or external tear-off protection devices must be installed.
Market situation/demand for cab suspension systems:
Comfortable and safe
Our innovative Comfortmount combines all the advantages of efficient cabin storage in one. It is breakaway-proof, ROPS-compatible and interchangeable with most hydromounts on the market, making it a flexible solution for various applications.
Due to the very low stiffness of the comfort mount, natural frequency values below 3.5 Hz can be achieved, which means that interference frequencies from approx. 6-7 Hz are effectively isolated. At the same time, the Comfortmount limits the low-frequency pitching and rolling movements of the cab during operation, which increases comfort for the driver.
